Core Exchanges

Core charge is money charged above the posted price of the item. It is refunded upon return of a usable replacement removed from you car.
Refunds are done within 2 days of receipt of the core item.


All items purchased which require a core exchange are subject to the following policies:

Items purchased will be paid for with a credit card.
Core charges aredeposits and may not reflect actual value of the item. In the event that a core is not returned in the specified time (written or orally notified by a representative of ROAD/RACE)usually 3 weeks, your credit card will be charged the full replacement cost of that item.

Furthermore, the same applies for items damaged or deemed unusable by Road/Race as a direct replacement.
Items lost in shipping or damaged in shipping are also the responsibility of the buyer.>br> In the event that the shipping service settles the claim for losses, buyer will be reimbursed for charges made to said credit card.

Road/Race reserves the right to charge full retail replacement cost for said items!
