This Highflow Cat utilizes a Magnaflow OBD-2 Compliant Catalytic Converter. It is a direct bolt on unit. If you are worried about non-street legal parts, this is what you need. This unit is intended to be used as a highflow catalytic converter but will not pass visual inspection in California or or states that follow C.A.R.B standards.
