These piston were developed to strengthen the weakest link in the Lancer 4G94 engine. Stock pistons lack strength in ring land area of the piston. These forged psitons are redesigned with stronger/thicker ring lands which enable them to handle more turbo boost or NOS than stock. The compression ratio is 9.5:1 and will work well with both Turbo Lancer Engines or N.A. applications. They are also lighter than stock pistons. Furthermore, overbore sizes are available just in case you need to replace pistons because of activity that were not under warranty.... Wink, wink. NOS? Includes pistons, pins, rings, and clips.
